五百年前的至尊宝，在水帘洞放下金箍，没有成为齐天大圣，孤身一人去营救被牛魔王逼迫成亲的紫霞，观世音在至尊宝命悬一线之际，出手制服牛魔王，至尊宝同紫霞有情人终得眷属。 五百年后，至尊宝多活了百年，同紫霞在一起的日子，是那样的平凡、幸福。 有一天，紫霞不见了，至尊宝在寻找紫霞的过程中明白，自己这么多年不老，是紫霞用她的仙寿，延续着自己的生命。为救出紫霞仙子，他重新前往水帘洞戴上了金箍，当牛魔王再次战败，至尊宝才知晓，紫霞并未被牛魔王抓住。至尊宝终于在盘丝洞见到了紫霞。紫霞的仙寿耗尽。观音菩萨告诉至尊宝，只有至尊宝再次成为齐天大圣，才能继续活下去。至尊宝牵起紫霞的手，两个人深情一吻，似乎又回到了五百年前各自年轻的样子。 在五指山下，至尊宝日夜思念着紫霞，直到那个牵马的年轻人到来，孙悟空才有机会跟人说说话，讲述出这一段往事。。Three loosely connected love stories.
