本片是以美国“911”事件为背景的灾难片，故事重现了当时那场突如其来的灾难。9月11日的一个美妙清晨，消防总署突然警铃大作，接到世贸中心遭到恐怖袭击而倒塌的消息后，消防警员约翰·迈克洛林和同事们立即整装赶赴现场，摆在他们眼前的是一幅幅惨绝人寰的画面，坍塌的大厦冒着浓烟，受伤的人们在痛苦地呻吟。为了营救被困在世贸中心里面的人，约翰不顾残楼摇摇欲坠的危险，带着队友冲进了大楼中，然而他们还来不及展开动作，就被二次倒塌的残楼压住了。当约翰在碎石中醒过来时，发现昔日并肩作战的同伴全部殉职，只有一位叫威尔·吉米诺的警员还幸存着。他们在地狱般的废墟中等待着救援队，面对着渐渐稀少的氧气和随时可能降临的死亡，恐惧、彷徨、伤心、绝望从四面八方缓缓袭来，营救与自救在惊心动魄的24小时内同时展开了……。来台湾工作并学习中文的日本女生橘子（加藤侑纪 饰）邂逅了台客摇滚乐团 “猴子电童”的主唱吴奇峰（周渝民 饰）。打算在台湾这段时间来段不考虑结果的恋爱的橘子和嫌恋爱麻烦的奇峰一拍即合。二人签下了合同约定这份恋爱的期限是90天。90天一满，就和平分手。不用担心未来，也不用担心分手时的不愉快，这段90天的恋爱起初让二人都十分开心和满意，但随着彼此对对方了解的加深，这份恋爱渐渐少了游戏的成分，多了份真心和付出。 随着时间的流逝，离期限越来越近，起初的愉快被苦涩所取代，而橘子也快回日本了。一直游戏人间的奇峰能否挽回橘子，给这段恋爱画下圆满的句点吗……。The subtitle of Jean-Marie Straub and Danièle Huillet’s first feature, from 1965, “Only Violence Helps Where Violence Reigns,” suggests the fierce political program evoked by their rigorous aesthetic. The pretext of the film, set in Cologne, is Heinrich Böll’s novel “Billiards at Half Past Nine,” which they strip down to a handful of stark events and film with a confrontational angularity akin to Bartók’s music that adorns the soundtrack. The subtlest of cues accompany the story’s complex flashbacks. The middle-aged Robert Fähmel tells a young hotel bellhop of persecutions under the Third Reich| his elderly father, Heinrich, an architect famed for a local abbey, recalls the militarism of the First World War, when his wife, Johanna, incurred trouble for insulting the Kaiser. A third-generation Fähmel is considering architecture, just as the exiled brother of Robert’s late wife, returns, only to be met by their former torturer, now a West German official taking part in a celebratory parade of war veterans. Straub and Huillet make the layers of history live in the present tense, which they judge severely. The tamped-down acting and the spare, tense visual rhetoric suggest a state of moral crisis as well as the response—as much in style as in substance—that it demands.。
