This documentary is a way to observe and feel the work of a 100-year old bronze foundry in Italy: a place...。萨德里所在的小学因为高层之间的人事变动，他的班主任加尼只能被迫离职，“被离职”的教师不止加尼一个，他们聚集起来跟校长抗议，但结果却不尽如人意。他们必须离职，并且由新的老师代替他们。加尼不愿接受自己被辞退的事实，于是他多次去找校长请求能够留任，并主动向校长提出了一个建议，并且想当然的以为，如果他能解决孩子们之间的冲突，他就能留下来。不堪其扰的校长只能勉强同意。于是，在下课之后，加尼将班里的男生全部都留下来，并设立了一系列的游戏项目。孩子们因为要共同反抗加尼，因此他们彼此之间的感情开始加深。但加尼却早已迷失了自己。。
