This story is based where the skateboard culture is the most foreign, the Midwest. Derrick Cabrera, like all skaters, has a dream of being sponsored and one day going pro. He is an up and coming skater with all the talent but has the world against him. Parents, friends and schoolmates can't understand how Derrick has so much passion for something that has no future in their eye...。为了让奶奶姚淑媛过上一个难忘的生日，周鳌决心用去自己唯一的换脸机会，将自己的脸变为爷爷年轻时候的样子。周小生和周鳌父子二人身份倒换，陪同姚淑媛故地重游，寻找到许多过去的记忆，也遭遇了突发危险事件。一个下著雨的夏日午后，那时还是女孩的春娇来到志明的房间前，打开门的春娇见到了志明吻著与另一个女孩…… 志明的脸，春娇已经记不太起来，只记得，那时一旁的CD PLAYER还放著那首该死的五月天“志明与春娇”……。
