Black Earth Rising is a long form thriller which, through the prism of a black Anglo-American family, examines the West’s relationship with contemporary Africa by exploring issues of justice, guilt, and self-determination.。本片改編自直木賞作家荻原浩人氣系列「環球廣告公司」的「花之櫻通」，是繼2016年改編的SP《廢柴父親變英雄》大受好評後全新升級的電視劇版本，主創班底不變，編劇仍為晨間劇《雛鳥》的岡田惠和，主演仍是澤村一樹。這也是澤村首度主演東京電視台連續劇，讓他制霸東京五大電視台的連續劇主演之位。故事講述广告精英杉山利史（澤村一樹）過去曾在大型廣告公司工作，當時十分得令，就在人生一帆風順的時候 ，他決定離開公司打算獨立，失敗後經過很多事，結果被港町冷清商店街弱小的「環球廣告公司」收留。雖然他從來沒說出口，但其實他深愛著廣告事業。 公司內有經理豬熊繪里香（片瀨那奈），她是個美人，但為人冷淡一點都不親切，感覺可怕不受男性歡迎，卻能完美地完成工作，然而她身上的服裝價格遠超她的薪酬，故此一直有傳她有經營副業。 村崎六郎（要潤）是設計師，他在說別人壞話方面是天才，實際能力遠不...。Malvís (Alfredo Landa) is sick of working like crazy for nothing.
