《穿越时空的美食》是一档饮食文化探索竞技类综艺。从流传的史书中探索美食文化，发现美食与现代文化之间的关联，品味流传千年的中华味道。节目邀请四位赏味人与溯源人一起，发现古籍中的美食，重现历史上的美味，展现人与美食交流中产生的独特故事。。A lonely tow-truck driver gets caught in a deadly struggle between a pair of bank robbers with a beautiful hostage, local cops, and a monster that has come down from the Arizona mountains to eat human flesh. Written by Sci-Fi Channel A group of thieves heist the bank of a small town and shoot a deputy. While escaping from the police chase, their van crashes another car on the road. They make the driver hostage and they run to a forest, followed by the "men-of-law". Meanwhile a "big-foot" chases both groups, and they join forces against the "thing".
